Pricing, information and product were Far Superior to what we originally had (“Acorn”) and FAR SUPERIOR to the Customer Care, response time and Service, Replacement or Pricing to what we had (“Acorn”) who took DAYS just to get back to us to “See what we wanted” as though we were a hassle to them, having never called them before for Service or replacement.

Got our stair chair four years ago and have had No issues. Justin came out to look it over and replaced the chairs batteries. We are older and relies on safety first. We had no issues but it was good to have it looked at. Completely satisfied with the service.

Very Impressed
After exploring several places, I was given EZAble telephone by Bruno. I was impressed by Jody F. (Traverse City) by her clear presentation of issues, including cost as well as by her efficiency in preparing and executing the requested actions. This efficiency was manifested in the rapid installation (as requested) of the Elan lift. she made the difference for me to decide on EZAble.
