Challenge #1 : Knee Surgery
These clients are fantastic! They knew that knee surgery was in their future, so they planned ahead.
The husband is a big strong guy, so he needed a stairlift with a 400 pound weight capacity. We don’t typically keep those units in-stock. So planning ahead made it possible to get his lift ordered & installed before he needed it!
Challenge #2: STAIRS OPEN INTO A HALLWAY AT BOTTOM OF RUN
It isn’t common, but sometimes stairs open to an entrance or hallway at the bottom of the stairs.
When this happens, we recommend installing a folding rail to get the rail out of the hall – which should prevent the rail from being a tripping hazard
